OralCard updates

Finished first version of the Molgenis OralCard… Time to add some real data and to setup up a meeting with Nuno Rosa for his feedback.
Molgenis is really powerful and should be used more often in other scenarios. Is it publishable? Something built on top of it?
Also made the first review for Joel’s paper for IWPACBB2010… [...]

WAVe 1 – 0 Coeus

WAVe has beaten Coeus in a closed match yesterday afternoon…
A top-2-bottom perspective should be followed and development in WAVe should kick off ASAP
There is no information available on how will coeus and its semantic web developments recover from such a defeat…

Created Coeus keynote… Not enough time to test, presentation is tomorrow!

Coeus WAVe and DC4 planning

Completed the planning reports (Startup and Initial Requirements) for Coeus, WAVe and DC4. OralCard will have to wait… BioMarkerCard?
Next it’s time for the keynote, must be carefully planned! Can’t mess this up!

Redmine update + Coeus

Redmine update status: running 0.8.7 @ bioserver.ieeta.pt:8000
The problem is in the ruby service (loops between on and off). I don’t know if it’s a versioning problem or a mongrel one… I’ll wait for the next redmine release and try to fix it.
Coeus will be the name of the semantic concept management platform I’ll be developing [...]
