Now that is established that DiseaseCard will use the GeNS warehouse as the main dataset and considering that GeNS stands for Genomic Name Server, we could use GeNS template to create a human disease-oriented warehouse. Create a Web2.0 web application providing centralized access to a vast set of bioinformatics resources. The unifying interface metaphor should be similar to the one adopted by iGoogle and netvibes. A new gadget engine could be developed or new gadgets to existing frameworks could be implemented.
